Edgar Cayce the Sleeping Prophet

Almost every day, quite a few instances a day, with more than 40 years, Cayce would induce himself in to an altered out-of-body state of consciousness and also uncover profound details for many subjects. For example: health, desires, meditation, religions, and also reincarnation, to name several. But it seemed to be these details which Edgar Cayce discovered about the future which intern he is perhaps most renowned with. He provided details about our story for humanity from the very beginning to a time in the foreseeable future when human beings will likely change into beings with supernatural power. He defined a fresh time of enlightenment in addition to peace of mind when divinity within mankind could be manifested within the planet.
Mr. Cayce's hypotheses for the end days for this planet are very enlightening and also present a worldwide huge change for 1998. He prophesied the Sphinx had been built in 10,500 BC and the survivors of Atlantis had concealed under it a "Hall of Records" including all the wisdom of the lost civilization and also the true history on the human race. Cayce prophesied that this Hall of Records could be rediscovered and opened between 1996 and 1998. He connected the opening to the second emerging of Christ. Cayce Edgar was a firm believer in reincarnation and in a unified field of energy that would someday shift the conscience field of humanity. This seems to fit into the concept of force fields altering quickly on Earth as well as shifting the dimensional path by which information is perceived.
He predicted the First and Second World War, the independence of India as well as the 1929 stock market failure. He also predicted, 15 years prior to event, the creation with the Country of Israel. His most disturbing predictions, however, concern vast geographical upheavals which by the year 1998 will bring about the destruction of New York, the disappearance of most of Japan, along with a cataclysmic change with Northern Europe.
Almost all of his prophetic reading may be categorized in four distinct areas: Business, Life, Health, and Dream Interpretation. He gave much more than 14 thousand of those readings in his lifetime. Outside of the Big Four categories which Cayce Edgar predicted were most of his psychic powers that is the "Other Category". Here, Cayce moves from Business, Life, Health, and Dream Interpretation towards a vision of future events or prophetic visions. His most calamitous was: "Watch New York, Connecticut etc. Several portions with the east coast will be disturbed, plus several portions of the west coast, plus the central portion of America. Los Angeles, San Francisco, most of all these are among those which will be demolished before New York, or New York City itself, will in the main disappear. Although Edgar told them he will be healed after the first of the year, they understood what he intended and he passed away on January 3, 1945. He predicted the day of his burial, January 5, 1945 and was accurate.

Edgar Cayce on Dreams

The Edgar Cayce readings tell us that dreams have been given to us for our benefit. Because we are spiritual beings, we have the potential to experience many different levels of awareness while in the dream state from which we may gain insights about all aspects of our life: physical, mental, and spiritual.

Dreams can help us diagnose health problems, encourage us in the decisions we make, or reprimand us for negative behavior in our relationships. They can be instructive and practical, lighthearted fun or spiritually uplifting, depending on what we need most at a given time. Even major life issues are addressed in dreams; in fact, according to Cayce, nothing of importance happens to us without it first having been foreshadowed in our dreams.

Although dreams often contain symbols of a universal or archetypical nature with similar meanings in diverse cultures, the Cayce readings stress the highly individual nature of dreams. It is frequently mentioned that we are our own best dream interpreter, even though outside feedback can certainly be valuable.

In order to begin using our dream insights fully, we need to be consistent in recording our dreams each day. Keeping a dream journal is very helpful. No matter how little we recall of a dream, it is important to write down any impression that comes to mind upon awakening. Next, we can look at the dream from different levels: job, health, interpersonal relationships, and any circumstance currently being dealt with in waking life.

Once a correlation has been made to an actual situation, the dreamer may decide upon a course of action in order to make use of the dream insight. Perhaps a change in attitude is required, or maybe circumstances can be seen from a new perspective and the individual decides to take a different approach to the issue. Once the dreamer arrives at a basic understanding of the dream and takes some action based on that information, then a growth process begins which allows the dreamer to reach a deeper and clearer level of insight from which to proceed.

There is a vast resource of information available through the Cayce readings on how to effectively interpret dreams. Excellent materials can be found in Cayce-related books, Circulating Files, audio- and videotapes, and at A.R.E. seminars and conferences as well. The study of dreams can help us develop to our highest potential. The rewards of that endeavor are well worth our time and effort.

The Many Ways of Figuring Out Your Spirituality

Millions of people all over the world are trying to figure out their spirituality. It may take someone years to figure out that they may not have a clear direction. Not everyone believes in one form of religion. Many psychics do not agree on the same faith. Many psychics come from a spiritualistic perspective and others are from a main stream religion. No matter what you decide to do in life, you will be able to see your faith for what it is.

I believe that you can explore different areas of your life in order to find which religion is right for you. I personally like to focus my attention on what is going on inside of my heart. In this way, you can really examine life for what it means to you.

Many psychics have told me that they enjoy teaching their clients about spirituality. It creates a feeling of love and joy for them. I have to agree with this. I consider myself to be a natural born writer and psychic reader. When I am able to use my gifts to help others, it puts me into a whole other realm. I begin to think about all of the people that I can help and assist. It allows me to see that I can become a special person indeed if I am careful enough to learn my life lessons well.

We all need a boost of faith and confidence. When we try and do what is right, we begin to learn from our past mistakes. My friends always tell me that they wish that they had my life. I basically have the opportunity each day to give readings to those that are in need. There is no greater feeling than to take the knowledge that you have obtained in life and give it back to those that truly need it. It is a way of fulfilling your purpose in life.

Many psychics will agree that they are here to fulfill a purpose in their life. They truly want to learn from their past and recognize their past mistakes and errors. Nobody knows the full boundary of any one decision. We all do not know exactly what tomorrow will hold for us. We can imagine our lives to be different. However, we have to see that we can learn from our brothers and sisters in the world.

When we begin to learn from one another, we begin to see that we have an opportunity to grow. When we realize that we grow in our time spent alone with God, we can easily see that life is taking us on a whole new journey. Life is not all about giving and exploring. We can actually learn a lot by offering our visions to people that are in need. I am a natural born clairvoyant reader. My readings help people that have questions about love and money. Other psychics that I have met do career readings and even pet readings. It is important to choose your psychic wisely and to realize that every adviser does something different.

People often wonder how they can get absolutely free psychic readings and helpful advice online. I would say that getting help from a live free online psychic chat expert is often the best way to learn.

2012 Alignment of Planets

The 2012 alignment of planets I think personally is potentially one of the most important events that our race has seen in a very long time, at least from a philosophical point of view. I challenge you to think about it reader, picture yourself where you sit right now reading this and then start to zoom out, zoom out beyond the sky, out beyond the solar system, out beyond our beloved milky way galaxy and beyond, realize your place amongst these celestial bodies, and realize what an amazing thing this 2012 alignment of planets shall truly be.

You know whether or not there is any validity to the Mayan Prophecy about the 2012 alignment of planets bringing about an apocalyptic scenario that could potentially wipe out all life on earth, or at the very least change it dramatically forever is true or not, the significance of such an event is truly beautiful in every way, I think at least, don't you?

The ancient Mayan's of course predicted that the 21st of December 2012 would be the end of the world, brought about by catastrophic natural events of every description and type, occurring supposedly with this 2012 alignment of planets, however in my investigation of this particular topic I personally was always seeking for scientific claims to back up these apocalyptic notions, and I indeed found them.

It was recently documented in the national geographic societies expedition journals that geological scientists had recorded the magnetic field data from rock samples in both Finland and Australia, the results they found suggested that the phenomenon commonly known as a "pole shift" had occurred in our distant past, its affects changed the geography of the planet as well as its climate conditions.

However, this pole shift they were able to document was not a quick event, but rather took place over hundreds of years, so whilst not ruling out the possibility of a pole shift being caused by the 2012 alignment of planets I think we can speculate that it at the very least would not be a quick event, even if this 2012 alignment of planets is the trigger for such an event.

But how exactly did the Mayan Civilization know about these alignments such as the 2012 alignment of planets? Well it is well known and documented that the Mayan Civilization had its own astronomers or "sky watchers" that would sit in there observatories night after night watching the movements of the starts and meticulously take note of the changes they saw, they in the end developed a incredibly accurate calendar via the collection of this data, and this is how they were able to accurately predict such events as the 2012 alignment of planets.

Whilst it is true that some of the primary applications for all this information they recorded was to assist with agricultural endeavors and religious ceremonies they also were able to use the natural laws of probability and their knack for recognizing patterns to predict what would happen to them in the short and long term future based on the movements of the stars.

As an example, if an ancient Mayan astronomer took note that violence ensued on a particular day, when the stars were in a particular pattern or angle in the sky, and this took place multiple times with the same conditions, they may then ascribe this particular placement of the stars in the sky as having a constant repeat affect.

So the 2012 alignment of planets being ascribed a doomsday type scenario may indeed be part of this observational diagnosis that these astronomers used to attempt to understand the world around them and make sense out of what at first glance appears to be complete irrelevance.

The 2012 alignment of planets is particularly interesting to me because I think it illustrates just how much of a connection the ancient Mayan civilization had with not only nature but with the larger cosmos, they recognized that they were not detached from the stars in the sky, but they were part of that vast ocean that we today call "space"

As we are truly apart of those stars in the sky reader, you right now reading this, are part of the universe, the plastic office chair you sit on, the coffee cup beside you and the monitor in front of you, are all sitting on a rock, twirling around in space, you are not disconnected from it, you are a part of it, so when this 2012 alignment of planets takes place, both you, and that comfy chair, will all be aligned, you will be aligned, what a grand concept don't you think?

I think it's exciting, the concept that this 2012 alignment of planets could mean that I am taking part in the cosmic nature of the universe, this is the sort of mentality that the ancient Mayans had, we can see these sorts of concepts expressed in modern times with the philosophical phrase "as above, so below" which I would encourage you all to think about, as it holds great weight in relation to the 2012 alignment of planets.

Astronomy was amazingly important to the ancient Mayans, and it was for the very reason I have been talking about, they knew the sky's better than even some professional astronomers today, and were even able to take notice of such subtle things in the stars such as the planet Pluto, which wasn't even discovered by modern scientists until a few decades ago, that's truly amazing, and that's why at the very least, we all must investigate the claims that surround their prophecies of the 2012 alignment of planets.

I Had watched many documentaries on the subject published by main line television networks, and I'm still wading my way through many of the books put forth by some of the big names out there in this investigation, but I found a really snazzy eBook that has a great overview about the 2012 alignment of planets, it's called 2012 Contact, and I strongly recommend you at least check it out.

I still am baffled about how these ancient astronomers were able to take such precise notes of the movements of the stars, kind of says something about our human senses don't you think? The Aztec empire had great astronomers to my sources would lead me to believe, I would encourage you all to look into this, even if only from an intellectual point of view and if you're looking for a great overview of the subject I highly recommend 2012 Contact, it's a great hand guide to the 2012 alignment of planets.

Jesus and Horus

Throughout the internet there are circulations that draw parallel accounts between many gods. One of the most popular comparisons is made between Jesus of Christianity and Horus of Egypt. Some may refute that Christianity is a "recycled myth" borrowed from earlier. Anyone can be entitled to their own opinion but not their own facts. It is very important to investigate each claim thoroughly with careful examination, scholarly credibility, and historical evidence before assuming any stand. So let's cross examine each character and their attributes in order to see if Jesus was in fact a carbon copy of Horus. But first thing is first, we must conduct a background summary between the 2.

Jesus- carpenter, born in Bethlehem, Son of God, God in the Trinity, teacher, prophet, supposed Savior, healer, lived in the time of Herod the Great before the destruction of the Jewish temple, son of Mary and step father, Joseph, came to destroy Satan's work and fulfill the prophecy in the Old Testament, the anointed One, had 12 disciples, bloodline going back to Adam and Eve, condemned by the Jews, was crucified by the Romans, died for the sins of mankind, buried, resurrected, sits at the right hand of the Father, will return for the Second Coming.

Horus- son of the god, Osiris, and goddess, Isis. Osiris has 4 siblings 3 of them being Seth, Isis and Nephthys. Osiris married his sister Isis and Seth married his sister Nephthys. Nephthys took the form of Isis and seduced Osiris and bore a son, Anubis. Seth found out and was enraged. He then tricked his brother, Osiris into seeing if he could fit in a coffin and then threw it in the Nile River drowning him. Isis recovered the body but Seth stole it cut it into pieces and hid them throughout the Egyptian desert. Isis spent years looking for the pieces and eventually recovered all of them except his penis. She later used her magic to bring him back to life and mated with Osiris which was an act of necrophilia. Osiris then became a god of the underworld. Horus wanted to avenge his father's death by fighting against his uncle Seth. Horus was known as the Sky god, war god, often depicted as a falcon/hawk sometimes with a body of a lion. He had the moon of his eye and the sun for his other eye.

So far there is nothing similar between these two besides the fact that they were gods and possessed miraculous powers. Let's see if we can find other similarities:

Birth- Horus was born Dec 25th. It is a fact that Jesus was not born on that date. No one is sure when Jesus was born. The Bible never mentions it. We know that he was born around 6BC to 1AD. The date of Dec 25th wasn't issued until almost 400 years later from the Romans.

Virgin birth- Jesus was born from his mother, the virgin, Mary making it a miraculous conception.
According to Plutarch, Isis lost her virginity before she was born:

"... but Isis and Osiris were enamoured of each other and consorted together in the darkness of the womb before their birth. Some say that Arueris came from this union and was called the elder Horus by the Egyptians, but Apollo by the Greeks." - Plutarch, Osiris and Isis.

Isis and Osiris were not only husband and wife, they were brother and sister. In fact they were twins. And in accordance to their mythology, they had consummated their love for one another before they were born. There is also a tradition that Isis later marries her son Horus, further complicating any reasonable comparisons to Christianity. There are no reasons to believe a virgin birth from a mortal woman as the New Testament writers write. It's also very difficult to believe that a mortal virgin woman would produce a half lion/half hawk god.

Baptismal- According to the Egyptian book, the Book of Going Forth by Day, baptism was used to purify the newborn from the mother's womb. Also, water, especially the Nile's cold water, which was believed to have regenerative powers, is ONLY used to baptize the dead in a ritual, unlike how the way the living Jesus was baptized. Critics will say that Horus was baptized by Anub(is) who was an embalmer, not a baptizer. He was never mentioned being baptized.

Crucifixion and resurrection- There are two passages within the writing of Plutarch that might lead one to assume that the reconstruction of Osiris leads to a resurrection:

o "Later, as they relate, Osiris came to Horus from the other world and exercised and trained him for the battle." - Plutarch, Osiris and Isis.

o "In this way we shall undertake to deal with the numerous and tiresome people, whether they be such as take pleasure in associating theological problems with the seasonal changes in the surrounding atmosphere, or with the growth of the crops and seed-times and ploughing; and also those who say that Osiris is being buried at the time when the grain is sown and covered in the earth and that he comes to life and reappears when plants begin to sprout." - Plutarch, Osiris and Isis.

This is too ambiguous to assume a bodily resurrection like Christ. It just indicates of a spiritual resurrection. He then became the ruler of the underworld, a story unlike Jesus. Another problem with crucifixion is that it wasn't practiced 4 thousand years ago at the time of Horus so how is that possible? The earliest that we can actually date crucifixion is to the act of Darius the Persian, conqueror of Babylon in 519 BCE, when he had 3000 Babylonian prisoners crucified.

Other- There are no mentions that Horus had 12 disciples like Jesus, but a mention of 4 demi-gods, 16 nobles, and blacksmiths accompanying him. There are no mentions of Horus being born in a manger but a swamp or a cave which is nothing close to a manger, no mentions of Horus raising anyone from the dead like how Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead. No mentions of a transfiguration, baptism, walking on water, having a second coming, or preaching in the temple at 12.

Horus was never accompanied by 3 wisemen during his birth. In fact, the Bible never mentions the exact numbers that visited Jesus. It was assumed 3 because of the 3 gifts presented. 3 wise men is an inaccurate translation. Horus was never heralded by a Star.

Horus Mother was Isis, not Meri. Isis was sometimes called Isis Meri which is a title meaning "beloved". That title was also shared with other gods and goddesses. Meri has no connection with Mary. Horus' father was Osiris, not Seb. Seb was the father of Osiris and his name is very distinct from Joseph.

Based on what we have just reviewed there are no similarities between the 2 with the exception that they were gods with miraculous powers. Before taking a position from an outrageous claim from sources such as Zeitgesit, it is paramount to explore the answers from a credible scholarly source.

Psychic Medium - What Are Seances?

Since back in the days, where horse drawn carriages had ruled the streets, and up until the present time, people have always been curious about the ways of the psychic realm. In the wide range of the psychic sphere, there is a concept known as a seance, a concept related to a psychic medium, and it has ever since been igniting the curiosity and speculations of many people.

Many people are unaware that a a seance is connected to how a psychic goes about. But then, nowadays, the term seance, is hardly even heard of, unlike the psychic's concept which is very popular.

If a psychic practices seances from time to time, what is really a seance, and how is it connected to a psychic? A seance is defined as a meeting of people, led by a psychic, for a purpose of communicating with the spirits in the afterlife. Obviously, a psychic plays a vital role in the said meeting, because in order for a seance to take place, there must be a psychic medium.

Mediums are much like psychics, but only better endowed with power. Aside from common psychic capabilities (reading the past, present, and the future), they have what ordinary psychics don't. A medium possesses a power that is only unique to them, the power to communicate with the spirits who have departed from this life, and moved on to the next.

A medium uses their ability to help people who want to connect with their loved ones who have passed on the next life, this is done through a seance. In a seance, a psychic will call upon the spirit of the desired person in the next life, and communicate with him or her. The message that a medium receives from the contacted spirit, will then be relayed to the person concerned.

This is the reason they are called mediums -- because they are both a psychic and a medium. Generally speaking, mediums are are rare, and not just anyone is gifted with this much power. Because of their unique ability, this is why a medium is sought for.

There are many reasons why people seek mediums and their seances. Like, if we need closure of letting on a loved one who has passed away, and the only way to do so is to communicate with them. There are also times that we cannot attain peace without getting in touch with a needed spirit. There are many things that you can learn from a seance via a medium.

A medium and a seance, can help people in so many ways. But, above anything else, a person must first believe in the existence of the afterlife, as well as faith in the ways of the psychic realm, to be able to see its full power.

Tana Hoy is America's Foremost psychic medium. He is known to have the special gift to communicate with the other side! Visit his website, http://www.TanaHoy.com and find out more.

Cryptozoology - The Evidence of Creatures Whose Existence is Uncertain

The evidence of creatures whose existence is uncertain is studied by cryptozoology, a science researching presumable proof of animals considered extinct or out of this world, which are still occasionally reported as seen in diverse locations. Such hypothetical creatures are usually referred as "cryptids", a term coined by John Wall in 1983, while cryptozoology is a term attributed to the Scottish adventurer and explorer Ivan T. Sanderson, the Father of cryptozoology is regarded as Bernard Heuvelmans, who published a book using this term for the fist time in 1955. Bernard Heuvelmans believed that cryptozoology would be undertaken with scientific rigor, but keeping an open-mind to find the grains of truth behind fantastic elements in folk tales depicting fantastic unseen creatures, and that folklore and traditions are the best sources to approach these myths.

William J. Broad wrote in the New York Times, "Monster lovers take heart. Scientists argue that so much of the planet remains unexplored that new surprises are sure to show up; if not legendary beasts like the Loch Ness monster or the dinosaur-like reptile 'Champ' said to inhabit Lake Champlain, then animals that in their own way may be even stranger. Cryptozoologists try to unveil the mystery behind hidden creatures which all of us have heard about, but just a few have been seen very briefly that it is impossible to determine where the truth ends, but usually is where the myth begins.

The Loch Ness monster (Nessie), Mothman, the Abominable Snowman, and Chupacabras, are just a few of those creatures whose existence is not clear, and there is not enough proof whether to confirm or deny the legitimacy of reports made by witnesses who have seen them. Skepticism is prevalent among scientists, despite the fact that many cryptozoologists are also respected scientists in other fields, who have found vestiges of previously unknown animals, but still cannot find the missing proof of creatures seen during the last two centuries.

Anyway, notable cryptozoologists have contributed actively with their research, including Bigfoot researchers Erik Beckjord, Peter Byrne, René Dahinden, Paul Freeman, Cliff Crook and John Green. Loch Ness Monster researchers Tim Dinsdale, Fredrick William Holiday, Roy Mackal, and Peter Scott, and Cadborosaurus researcher Paul LeBlond, Chupacabra researcher Scott Corrales, Mothman researcher John Keel, Champ researcher Joseph W. Zarzynski, Jonathan Downes, founder of Centre for Fortean Zoology, and John Kirk, president of the British Columbia Scientific Cryptozoology Club, among many other scientists and researchers.

Cryptozoologists have found over a hundred creatures, whose existence is not confirmed, including the Winnipogo, Yeti, Kongamato, Igopogo, Globsters, Congo Peacock, Abogwe, Giant Anaconda, Minnesota Iceman, Mokele-mbembe, besides the widespread creatures mentioned above. In addition, researches have found dozen of different lake monsters, the Mountain Gorilla, Discovered in October 1902 by Belgian Army, the Kouprey and the Komodo Dragon discovered in 1937 and 1912 respectively, and the unbelievable Goblin universe.

There is a website that describes this and numerous other creatures of Cryptozoology in detail. The website is called: Unknown Creatures, and may be found at this address:
