Who Or What Are the Reptilians?

.....Reptilians that the Alternative Internet Media are so Obsessed With?

If you are a fan of the incredible phenomena that is now the 'Alternative' Internet Media or better the 'Alternative' Internet News Media you will need no introduction to this particular subject - none at all. In fact, many millions of people would now say that this 'alternative news' is the only news worthy of our attention, for the other stuff that spews daily from our TV screens is nothing more than propaganda pig's swill. If, on the other hand, you are not familiar with this "real news", and it's all very strange to you, may I suggest you carry out some basic research and come to your own conclusions, for I am not here to persuade you one way or the other? Having said that, when I first became aware of this reptilian topic, I, like millions of other people, baulked and considered the originator(s) of these mind boggling ideas somewhat whacky, to say the least, but at the same time, and, as always, reserving just that smidgeon of an open mind. Look folks, nothing is impossible until it is proven to be impossible. As an example, I am still not convinced that UFO's are the real deal, having never seen one for myself, but at the same time I keep an open mind on the whole matter. For example, if we read the opening chapters of the Book of Ezekiel with all his 'wings', 'eyes' and 'wheels' and with them moving back and forth, sideways and up and down, we have to admit that it's a total mystery, even surreal, unless attributed to some kind of highly advanced living machines or Godly Spiritual animal creations of some kind.

However, with this reptilian thing, I have good reason to believe that the whole idea is not as preposterous and outrageous as I, at first, thought. The main proponent of this theory is a fellow Englishman (not that that is of any significance in any way) who has written several books on this subject, but will remain nameless as I do not wish to create obstacles to the publishing of this article. OK, so who are we dealing with here, and what kind of a man would espouse a theory that certain people who walk on this earth, rubbing shoulders with us men and women on a day to day basis, are actually humanoid reptilian lizards posing as human beings? Some have said, and would still say, that he is one card short of a full deck, but would this be true? No, not at all in my opinion, for his talks and lectures are very well put together, lucid, informative and, most important of all, contain much Truth and are thereby very convincing.

Now does this arrangement sound familiar to you, especially those of you who have read my other articles? If not, it should, because this concept is no different to the scenario of the teaching of the Christian Religion and, even more so, the teaching of certain religious cults, who always deceive their adherents by using The Truth. Obviously they don't use all The Truth, for if they did they would then preach Grace Salvation in, and through, the Lord Jesus Christ and Him alone, but they don't, they always go astray with salvation by works religious nonsense with their long haired wimp non-Jesus and their man made puffed up intellectual reasoning.

The thing is, we are not dealing with a man of religion in this instance, and let's be clear, for he is not a Christian either. In fairness to him he does make this very plain in his public talks and lectures. Unfortunately, though, like so many others, he cannot see the wood for the trees due to the fact that he is not called of The Father to His Son. As it happens, he is very anti-religion, including the Christian Religion, and I have no problem with that, but at the same time he is critical of Christianity when in Truth he does not know what True Christianity is. This is an ignorance, and means that he has a blindness, for he cannot differentiate between Christianity (The Truth) and the Christian Religion (Lies) and this leaves his ideas and theories with a gaping hole - a chasm, a demonic chasm. At the same time let's also be clear that he is a spiritist man; a man of the spirit world, and is big on the esoteric with all his mystical utterings on 'energy' and 'the consciousness'. Some say he is just another New Age guru. He openly boasts about hearing voices and, in turn, these voices telling him to do certain things and to go to certain places. This is demonism however we cut it and the only voices he is hearing are those of the deceptive evil spirit world. Moreover, it behoves those of us who truly believe in an all powerful redeemer, the Lord Jesus Christ, who is soon to return to this earth in order to rule it with justice (righteousness), to sift what men like these say, and be not deceived by them, for make no mistake, the Devil is not divided.

So what does this man say and can anything he does say be verified by the Holy Scriptures, for this is where we should always go to see if it is so. If you have read my four articles entitled: "Did Eve Have With the Devil Or Did She Just Eat Some Fruit? - Parts 1 - 4" then you will already know that certain beings that walk this earth are descended, literally as well as spiritually, from the Devil through Cain to Naamah (Noah's wife) to Canaan (Cainaan). They are HIS SEED and the Holy Scriptures tell us so in no uncertain terms, even The Lord Himself:

John 8:38-45 I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father. 39 They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham. 40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham. 41 Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God. 42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me. 43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. 44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. 45 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.

Some of the first century Jewish leaders - the Pharisees and Scribes were not what they cracked themselves up to be. Notice what The Lord clearly states here: "I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father." Spiritually, their father was not the same father as The Lord Jesus Christ's Father!!!! Notice what The Lord follows this up with for they said: "Abraham is our father" and The Lord replies: "If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham. 40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham. 41 Ye do the deeds of your father." Dear people we must understand this earth shattering revelation from the first century. The Lord Jesus Christ was speaking on literal and physical terms here, not just Spiritual terms. These supposed Jews who were, in reality, Canaanite Jews, were not of Abraham's seed, for look what The Lord then says to them: "If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham." The Lord Jesus Christ was not talking to gentiles here, He is talking to people who openly boasted in being God's chosen people - Abraham's children, but The Lord clearly tells them they were not. He tells them they are just like THEIR FATHER - a liar and murderer from the beginning!! Notice, too, what The Lord says in order to confirm the literal physical side to this passage: "He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him." Who was the murderer!!?? Why, Cain was the murderer from the beginning and yet The Lord is citing the Devil as the first murderer. Could it be that Cain was just a physical representation of the Devil himself? I would suggest that was so and that Cain carried the Devil's spirit 24/7, making him 100% the Devil on earth, both physically and spiritually.

Look, too, at this statement: "We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God." Now why did they say this? Did The Lord mention fornication? No, not at all, He never said a word about fornication, so why did THEY bring it up? Easy, because they knew that He knew about their evil genetical origins. They knew that He knew that their mother Eve had fornicated with the Devil in the Garden and produced in her womb the demonic hybrid called Cain. We need to be aware, too, that this account is written in their book - The Talmud. This means that their own ancient writings give them away and reveal their sinful origins. All The Lord did was remind them of this fact by accusing them of being the Devil's own. This means that these so called Jewish leaders of the first century were, from the Godhead's perspective, not genetically descended from Abraham. Yes, they laid claim to this ancestry via Judah, but they had the wrong mother i.e. the daughter of Shuah - the Cainitess or Canaanitess. Please see my articles entitled: "Were Abraham, Isaac and Jacob Jews? Genesis 38: Royal Judahites and the Canaanite Jews - Parts 1 & 2" for the full details. We should not be surprised by this for the same rule applies to the Arabs. They were descended from Abraham but not from Sarah, they were descended from Hagar, and it's the female line that is so crucial in these Patriarchal accounts, not the male line.

OK, so let's return to this issue of The Reptilians and see if we can add some Biblical substance to this man's whacky ideas, for I will tell you straight that if the Holy Scriptures do corroborate what this man is saying, then we really do have to sit up and take notice. Having taken notice we will then need to adjust our beliefs accordingly, for the genie will most assuredly be out of the lamp and without a hope of putting him back. So let's quote a Holy Scripture or three to start our search for The Truth:

Gen 3:1 (first half) Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made.

I will now copy the Greek Septuagint version of this same verse:

Gen 3:1 (first half) But the serpent was the most skilled of all the wild beasts, of the ones upon the earth whom the Lord had made.

I will now quote Revelation to assist us in our understanding of Genesis:

Rev 4:6-7 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. 7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.

Now what we have to understand about these Spiritual Beasts is that they are not beasts as we know them, and they are certainly not brute wild beasts, even though The Lord used these Spiritual Creatures as a type with which to copy when He came to create the physical versions of these same creatures. These Spiritual Beasts are very different and to compare them with the brute beasts of the field would be a calamitous error indeed. No, what we need to grasp here is this: Satan the Devil was as these heavenly living creatures - a spiritual beast not a physical beast. His spiritual image was that of a snake, a serpent or a reptile, but a spiritual snake and/or reptile with great intelligence and with a mastery of all the cunning crafts; a magician or sorcerer of the highest order; an enchanter. Notice what the Septuagint says: "The serpent was the most skilled of all the wild beasts." Most skilled at what? As I have already said, in witchcraft and in all the other skills that sorcerers have at their disposal. We also need to understand that this is how the Devil was created. The Godhead made him this way and he did not fall or go astray from being a good serpent - he was always evil from the day of his creation.

So if we now analyse a word or two from Strong's Concordance we will see:

H5175 nachash naw-khawsh from H5172; a snake (from its hiss): - serpent

H5172 nachash naw-khash a primitive root; properly to hiss, that is whisper a magic spell; generally to prognosticate: (foretell - i.e. fortune tellers) - divine, enchanter (hypnotist), use enchantment etc. (Brackets mine)

H6175 arum aw-room Passive particle of H6191; cunning (usually in a bad sense): crafty, prudent, subtil

H6191 A primitive root; properly to be (or make) bare; but used only in the derived sense (through the idea perhaps of smoothness) to be cunning.

From these two definitions we can easily see that they do not apply to wild snakes in a literal sense and yet at the same time the Devil is still a snake, a serpent and/or a reptile.

The question we now have to ask is this: In what physical form did he appear to Eve? As a serpent/reptile or disguised as a human being in order to enchant her more easily and thereby quickly seduce her? My wager would be on the latter scenario for I do not underestimate the power of the spirit realm of those times, for this was before the Godhead had curtailed their powers.

So to sum up, do I believe my fellow Englishman has got it right regarding reptilians in high places who now govern us? Yes I do and we now know that they are Cainites and Canaanites racially, but I would still be on my guard when listening to the spiritual dimension of this man's talks, for it is not a Godly Spiritual Dimension, so take care.

Psychoterrestrial Hypothesis - Are We Not in Contact Already?

I think we are all ensnared in a very tangled and convoluted trap of our own making. We are struggling against ourselves and in all of the struggling and wiggling and kicking lies only the fear fed phenomenon tightening its grip around us. This is what I think. You are permitted to think otherwise, of course.

The Trickster (Human Collective Subconscious Mind) is at work at such a subtle level that we don't even recognize our own projected attributes as we confront them. The turmoil, the infighting and the mental cannibalization of brother against brother and sister against sister, it is all there in front of us to clearly see but we do not.

Encapsulated in our own fear-based constructs, we wander aimlessly about in an accusatory manner toward each other all the while the brilliantly ingenius subtle nature of the Trickster Mind revels in its ability to justify its existence through the chaos it has created within us.

You see, I think we have never not been in constant contact with the very things that have us searching. The saucers, the cryptids, the apparitions, the disembodied voices and the bizarre phantom entities are only decoys or subconscious mental projections. We fall for the bait every single time. We have always hunted that which we fear. We have always killed that which we fear. We are tormented by this Trickster Element because we can neither hunt it nor kill it. We are constantly seeking it without and so we blindly pursue the thing that all along dwells within.

Do you want to know what I really think the Paranormal is? It is that forgotten source within us that becomes the phantom projections of our darkest imaginative machinations buried deep within our subconscious mind. We chase these phantoms saying, "I've seen a ghost!" or "I saw a strange craft land over there!" and then get frustrated when those whom failed to have the same experiences have now labeled you as a kook. That is the Paranormal! It is that subtle reptilian brained, fear based catalyst residing within that has a voracious appetite for conflict and confusion. The acts of hostility and disorientation both feed it and perpetuate it and we stand duped with mouths agog in abject frustration because we can't catch the phantoms that are causing the frustration.

Place yourself in a straight jacket. Lock it up and throw away the key. You, in my opinion, have now caught the Trickster!

Here is a variation of the old Zen Koan that asks if a tree falls down in the forest and nobody is around to hear it, does it make a sound. Of course it does. But how about we change the flavor of this age old question.

Does Paranormal Activity occur if there is nobody around to observe it? This includes equipment left behind such as cameras and recording devices so in effect, you are still there with the machines listening and watching vicariously for you. It's still the Observer. You are still there. Remove you completely and entirely from the picture. In other words, you have no thoughts at all being directed to any given area. The area is not an object in your awareness. Would Paranormal Activity occur in such an environment? We know that where ever attention goes, energy flows. Well if your attention is not fixated upon a certain area or space, would any anomalous affectations still occur?

It has been said that when Ghost Hunters first start out trying to gather EVP (electronic voice phenomenon), that they are for the most part, fairly unsuccessful but should they continue with an avid interest at attempting to collect this type of data for three months or more, the EVP begins to come in clearer and with more frequency. Now is this because they think that the "Spirits" are getting used to them and they are therefore showing some sort of trust in the investigator by giving them more and more communications or is it the investigator through their focus and concentration by exercising an aspect of their mind like a weak muscle that is getting better through expectation at projecting their thoughts from their subconscious mind?

The other Red Flag or clue that I suspect is the causation of conflict whence all of this is talked about in a public forum is everybody, including myself, thinks that they have an angle or a perspective of some sort with the illusion of clarity on these issues. I suspect that everybody indeed, does without exception. The conflict arises when we can find little to no corroborative camaraderie in our fellow man who has shared the experiences with quite the same details you did. Everyone has a unique experience in regards to the Paranormal. To muddy up the waters further, you now have researchers and theoreticians like myself that throw their tidbit of information out and more often than not it doesn't match what anybody else is saying or thinking and so more conflictive frustration arises and the Trickster within has a Field Day as it skips about in glee with its mission accomplished. Viral Memetics works similarly only at a social or group level but the mental disease is the same with the same outcome of conflict and frustration because only the guy who came up with the idea gets it while his followers are blindly believing him with only their own mental translations of the originators teachings. The two are completely different and so again, conflict is inevidible.

Even the closest of research partners cannot come together completely on anything Paranormal. Nothing. It is always a variation of agree to disagree. So where am I going with all of this? Why do I keep harping on the topic of conflict amongst ourselves when trying to share and come together on any aspect of this field? Because I believe we never will and further more it is impossible. Why? Brace yourself for this and this is only my opinion in the mix of EVERYONE's opinions. So, why?

Because your reality is entirely subjective whether it is manifested from your subconscious mind or not and it is the belief in the manifestations from your subconsious mind that you have projected outward that is causing all of the conflict everywhere and at every level of human existence and in every system of our established lifestyles and societal management. So long as we do not consciously remain present and attentive to our thoughts, actions, beliefs and emotions, shift happens and anomalies arise.

You can no more share your Paranormal Experiences with any kind of accuracy with one another than you can share your heart and hope to stay alive. You are doomed to deal with your subconsious manifestations ALONE. You are Source and Observer. Turn your attention onto yourself. Really look deep. All of this crazy stuff is in there or else you couldn't see it out here.

This brings me back to my Psychoterrestrial Hypothesis once again. I think we are experiencing the cumulative effects of what happens when the Human Collective Subconscious Mind rubs or connects with Gaia or Universal Consciousness and thereby creating subjectively observable phenomenon unique only to the observer at the Touchpoints of Consciousness. They are for you, of you and by you soley and you are afraid of one thing only; yourself.

And so now that I put this out there, I can now expect conflict because of the very nature of this material being subjectively observable with any accuracy by myself only. Ha! The Trickster reigns supreme!

Once we learn as individuals, to stop projecting our fearful images from our subconscious mind onto everything by being brave enough to observe them directly, the projections at that point will then become extentsions and thusly recognized as Self.

This is only food for thought by a thought for other thoughts. From one idea to another...

People who practice and believe in the powers of the rituals of Djinn believe that they can still work with the creatures to help them fulfill what it is they need to do.

The control rituals that are performed are done for a variety of different reasons, and certain rituals are
designed to summon different beings in it. People have been fascinated by the practice, and all of the beliefs that are part of the rituals. Crop Circles and Nasca Lines - What The?

The question as it was posed:

Going through your posts has been very re- assuring. Could you please write about crop circles, nasca lines - such geometrical designs of great magnitude...They baffle me.

This question is not so unusual, since many of you are looking for proofs of extraterrestrial life, ghosts, spirits, and other para normal and supernatural occurrences.

In a way this is not unusual, since man has always sensed the existence of something more than that which meets the eye, so to speak. The human species sought out these non-physical, seemingly supernatural phenomenon since the era of the cave man and searched for realities that appeared to be below the perceptions of the natural man. He created his gods in his minds eye in his search for understanding There is something fascinating about mysterious things that you don't understand. You all want to believe that the earth has been visited by alien beings, and it has, but aliens did not create the Nasca Lines or the Crop Circles. For those of you who are not up to date on Crop Circles and Nasca Lines, the following are the "Wikipedia" definitions. The Crop Circles explanation speaks for itself, so I will discuss the Nasca Lines here.

The Nazca Lines: are a series of ancient geoglyphs located in the Nazca Desert of Peru. That has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The high, arid plateau stretches more than 50 mi. between the towns of Nazca and Palpa on the Pampas de Jumana. Although some local geoglyphs resemble Paracas motifs, scholars believe the Nazca Lines were created by the Nazca culture between 200 BCE and 700 CE. The hundreds of individual figures range in complexity from simple lines to stylized hummingbirds, spiders, monkeys, fish, sharks or orcas, llamas, and lizards. The lines are shallow designs made in the ground by removing the ubiquitous reddish pebbles and uncovering the whitish ground beneath. Hundreds are simple lines or geometric shapes; more than seventy are designs of animal, bird, fish or human figures. The largest figures are over 660 ft. across.

Crop Circles: In 1991, two men from Southampton, England, announced that they had conceived the idea as a prank at a pub near Winchester, Hampshire, during an evening in 1976. Inspired by the 1966 Tully Saucer Nests, Doug Bower and Dave Chorley made their crop circles using planks, rope, hats and wire as their only tools: using a four-foot-long plank attached to a rope, they easily created circles eight feet in diameter. The two men were able to make a 40-foot (12 m) circle in 15 minutes.

There is one thing that the Nasca Lines and Crop Circles have in common, they are and were made by humans not aliens visiting this planet with intent to confuse the poor ignorant savages of the times by leaving symbols that would have meaning only to those indigenous people of the Pampas. I know you would prefer if I said that they were made by aliens visiting earth in space vehicles in ancient times who were seen as gods, but such is not the case. The Nasca Lines were made by the inhabitants of the Nasca region at that time and they were far from ignorant savages. These people were not stupid by any means and their culture, although undeveloped in politics and the sciences, were to some extent, more in tune with the true potentials of the harmonious, integrated characteristics of the human species than you are today.

These peoples understood the mobility of consciousness and the connections of the outer self with the inner subjective self that could not be expressed in the physical body. Their religions were more to the point than yours today, in that they did not look to finding God outside of themselves thorough intermediaries with golden robes, holy water and promises of salvation, and may I add, with questionable motives. This understanding was shortsighted in one way because although they did rely on their pursuit of their deities through their own cognisance and understanding, sometimes those pursuits led them astray.

The Nasca people saw the stars in the skies, wondered at the comets and the movement of the planets, they endured the thunder and violent storms emanating from the heavens, the tornadoes, the hurricanes and floods and believed that these were punishments from and angry God. They also luxuriated in the warmth of the sunshine and knew that it was a gift from their God. So, they did what you still do today, they assumed that their God resided somewhere, somehow in the skies, perhaps relaxing on a cloud and so they paid homage to the unknown reality of a god who was UP.

Your evangelistic religions and other religions too numerous to mention, still today, practice raising your eyes and arms to the skies when you pray, not understanding any more than these peoples of 100 BC to 600 AD, that in a vast universe, the words up or down are meaningless, where up becomes down and sideways is everywhere and "All That Is" is infinite. In that respect, you too are primitive, and have progressed precious little since those ancient times in your pursuits of religion. God could just as well, live DOWN as UP and you could kneel and spread your arms sideways to pay homage to your God as well as stare at and raise your arms to the sky in praise.

Now, your tacit refusal to take the responsibility for your own spiritual development, in your reality does you no real long term harm, but how long are you going to languish, mired in distorted and false beliefs before you begin a search for understanding of real truths? Rhetorical question of course.

This is not an article about God, but I can't pass up an opportunity to mention one of those things that I have said again and again, at this stage of the evolution of your species, there are truths that you KNOW but you don't KNOW that you KNOW, so I will take the liberty now to remind you of one of them. God surrounds you on all sides, not just up, He touches you in the breath of the summer breeze that touches your cheek from the sides. He resides in the sand between your toes on an isolated beach down under your feet..

God smiles within the smile of a loved one, and within the adoration of your favorite pet that touches your deepest emotions from the inside. So why do you still assume that God lives on a cloud, sitting on some golden throne in heaven? Here is what you KNOW that you do not allow yourself to really know; there is no heaven as you think of it, but God, my friends, is everything that is NOT YOU, and everything that IS YOU. (This hints that all consciousness, not only human, but the consciousness of all living things, carries a touch of Divinity within its very being.

Of course, many of you are going to say, "I KNEW THAT", and indeed you did, so why are you like sheep; being led by those who perpetuate myths and legends that are worn out and highly disadvantageous to your spiritual progress.

These primitive beliefs served their purpose for the children and the natives, but you are no longer children or natives and they were never meant to be leaned on forever like some spiritualistic crutch to save you from eternal damnation. You are meant to evolve beyond children's tales and to begin to understand the true nature of God and your reality.

Now, back to the Nasca Lines. Since much powerful, natural phenomenon seemed to come from the skies, and since the Nasca peoples were very creative and had at their disposal, a wonderful natural source for creative expression in the rocks and earth of the Peruvian Pampas, they naturally came upon the idea to honor these heavenly gods by creating works of art in the earth that could be viewed from space. Since these gods were seen as powerful, they translated this powerfulness as bigness and since such powerful examples of destruction came from the mysteries of the heavens, it was only natural that they would assume that the gods resided somewhere UP in space.

So, it seemed perfectly sensible to create big, large works of art as offerings that could be seen from their gods in space. In short, the Nasca lines are images created to honor those all powerful gods and in a way, the Peruvian Pampas is their natural museum containing their work as offerings to their gods.

There is another reason that has never been mentioned. Since these indigenous peoples were not hampered with a rigid, unyielding ego consciousness as you are today, they were far better at utilizing the dream state as a launching pad for the projection of their consciousness out of the body for purposes that were quite taken for granted in those times, for they understood the co-operation of the inner and exterior abilities in equal balance of a properly tuned consciousness. In very practical terms, they did much of their work in the dream state, projecting their consciousness "out of their body" above the surrounding countryside, finding new sources of water and food and migration routes of the animals.

You do this today in your seeming "lucid dreams", but the knowledge of your nightly dream excursions has gone underground, where the Nasca peoples used this ability consciously and with much facility and satisfaction. This ability of the human personality to release its consciousness from the domination of the ego centered human body for short periods of time, is a natural attribute that you too use, but usually don't remember. Since it is normally, but not always, done from the dream state, you usually don't remember it the next day upon awakening. When you consider a friend in the dream state, you sometimes actually project your astral form to their presence, this form sometimes can be seen or felt by them, and sometimes not. Some will remember your visit in the morning, but not remember exactly how or why.

The Nascans had the ability, using the dream state and states of "altered consciousness" to project their consciousness into the heavens to great heights above the earth, and view the earth below with some discernment. They would share these dream observations with others within the tribe, comparing notes, so to speak, and making decisions and adjustments based on those observations. In that manner, they were able to appraise the progress of their massive artistic creations from an advantageous perspective and make necessary corrections when needed. They then, had the ability to appreciate their massive creations in ways you do not.

For the record, there are ancient lost ariel maps of areas of the world that still exist today that used precisely this method of "out of body projection" drawn centuries before any known method of flight existed.

What to Do When Energies Visit You

Do you hear strange noises in your house? Do lights come on in your home, by themselves? Do you waken in the night feeling fearful? Are you paying attention to things you do not understand? Energies come to us for different reasons. Not all energies are of a high vibration. Listening to your body when they are around can tell you what you need to do about them.

When high vibrational energies are around you, you feel good. They are commonly subtle, but if you aren't paying attention to the little signs they are giving you to let you know they are there, they may try something more noticeable. Some energies are just playful, not harmful. They may have come to you if you also vibrate at a high level. Some of us are a beacon for all sorts of energies, high and low. If you find the little annoyances of lights turning on by themselves and thumps on the walls occasionally, comical, you will probably notice a higher vibration playing with you and needing a little attention. For the most part, if you don't find them a problem you can just smile and tell them you did see what they did and ask if they have a message for you? Listen quietly and see if you can understand what they want from you.

When low energies come around you, you will know that difference from the higher vibrations. These energies can frighten you or make you a little uncomfortable. If you are a beacon for such things you may feel the need to clear them out of your home. To clear your home, simply smudge your surroundings. Smudging has been done for years to clear energies. Negative energies tend to cling to corners of the room, so when smudging, allow the smoke to move up into the corners of the ceiling. You can also clear using sound, such as singing bowls. Reiki symbols can be placed around the house also.

If you find your house has a few of these little practical jokers around, you need to decide if you are going to let them stay or ask them to leave. Keep in mind that it is your house. Negative energies should be smudged or sent away. Then can reek havoc with your own sense of peace. The more attention you pay, the more you will feel or hear their presence.

Witchcraft - The Witch of Today

For centuries, the practice of witchcraft was considered an evil and foul tradition, and witches were hunted and killed, often by cruel and painful methods, usually by being burnt alive at the stake. Fear of witches and witchcraft was widespread throughout several areas of Europe and in some areas of a newly settled America. The witchcraft delusion was an epidemic affecting everyone, and even a simple accusation of being a witch, despite the absence of any real evidence, was often enough to condemn an individual to torture and death.

Thankfully, modern society has moved beyond such superstition and insanity, and today, witches are free to practice varying traditions of witchcraft openly and without fear of persecution. The Wiccan religion is perhaps the most well known form of modern witchcraft, thanks in part to movies and media attention. However, there are several forms of modern witchcraft being practiced today, though most have roots in ancient cultural traditions.

Modern witchcraft in western culture can be largely attributed to the influence and practices of three specific individuals. The first is Gerald Gardner, sometimes referred to as the Father of modern Witchcraft. In the late 1930s and during the 1940s, Gerald Gardner began establishing several covens throughout Britain in an attempt to revive the foundations of the old religion, which is closely related to modern Wicca.

Gerald Gardner was a public figure who wrote several books on the subject of witchcraft, helping to cast the old traditions in a new and positive light and reshape society's perspective of witchcraft.

Another individual of note is Margaret Murray, a British scholar who studied ancient witchcraft and also wrote of old religions, preceding Gerald Gardner's work by over 20 years. Her books are considered essential reference sources for practitioners of modern Wiccanism.

The third individual credited with influencing the contemporary witchcraft movement is Alexander Sanders. Alexander studied witchcraft as a young boy, as it was a family tradition passed down by his grandmother. Alexander also established several covens throughout Britain, and proclaimed himself the "king of witches."

While Wiccanism might be the most popular tradition of witchcraft studied and followed by modern society, other old traditions still exist. Native Americans and indigenous tribes located in Central and South America still practice shamanistic magic. Similarly, tribes in Africa and Australia look to their tribal witch doctors whenever tribal magic might be needed, whether it be asking the gods for a good hunt, or seeking to expel a sickness from a tribe member.

In Louisiana and Haiti, Voodoo is practiced, and similar traditions such as Santeria in the Spanish Islands, as well as other offshoots of voodoo such as Hoodoo and Macumba.

Most forms of witchcraft share common denominators -- rituals, spellcasting, and calling upon the gods for help or wisdom. Typically, most forms of witchcraft are also considered "white", or good, and are meant for healing and positive effects, rather than to induce harm, curses, or ill will towards an individual.

While many books and resources are available for those interested in Wicca and other forms of witchcraft, individuals should also take care not to treat witchcraft lightly or as a form of entertainment. Spells and rituals are best left to professional witches who have several years of experience and have studied extensively.
