Are Extraterrestrial Biological Entities Our Future Masters?

For a moment let's pretend what I am about to tell you is reality and not fiction.

And if you have a problem with that -- then be a good sport and at least read this like a good fiction tale and suspend your disbelief.

A shock wave to civilization as we know it

FOR YOUR EYES ONLY

Near the end of World War II it became apparent to the leadership of the United States, Britain and the then Soviet Union that our air forces were being observed, buzzed and even in a few cases attacked by strange crafts capable of going thousands of miles per hour, then stopping on a dime and maneuvering like a beam of light. Unfortunately, these so-called "Foo Fighters" were also capable of totally incapacitating our weapons and disappearing from our radar and our sight in a twinkling of an eye.

Grim reality

Whether it was mankind's introduction of atomic weaponry to the theater of war, or whether the time just suited these visitors from parts unknown, they systematically demonstrated to us that they could destroy our planes at will, and could even disarm us if they chose to.

Once the gravity of this situation began to sink into the heads of ally leaders like England's Prime Minister Winston Churchill and U.S. President Dwight Eisenhower, they vigorously debated about how they would or would not break this news to their already war-weary populations.

According to recently declassified documents from UK's Department of Defence, Churchill convinced Eisenhower that to disclose such information would destroy the very foundations of our countries and world's civilizations, including its religions and any social orders.

Thus, both men and their governments decided they would go to any lengths necessary to keep this starling news a secret -- more secret than any secret had ever been kept before.

As a former news reporter and student of human nature, I honestly cannot dispute their decision to do so. It could be that by keeping the wraps on this development they gave us enough time to build some sort of counter strategy. But only time will tell.

Then there was Roswell

But as fate often dictates, their plans were derailed by an event that occurred near the obscure town of Roswell, New Mexico on or about July 4, 1947. It was then that a craft from these visitors crashed near the Roswell Army Air Field, which by coincidence happened to be one of the growing cogs in the Strategic Air Command, which housed bombers and intercontinental nuclear missiles.

It was on this day, that the world was introduced to what some in our military and top secret spy agencies refer to as Extraterrestrial Biological Entities, writes the late Col. Philip Corso, the author of "The Day after Roswell." Now, you might be thinking, as I once did, that leave it to the Army and all of its bureaucratic machinery to develop such an acronym for an alien race not of this planet, but the acronym was developed because it was truly the most accurate description our scientists could come up with -- after the creatures had undergone an autopsy.

Not sure of their true nature

You see, according to Corso, when doctors and scientists took a close look at these creatures, or EBEs, they soon realized that they did not process waste in their digestive tracts like we humans do. Moreover, their brainwaves functioned at a much lower frequency and their hearts were larger and pumped much slower than a human's. In fact, the military doctors hypothesized that these creatures aged at a much slower rate than we, write Corso.

In addition, the search party found no food or bathrooms on the crashed craft, which really puzzled the elite scientists working for the Defense Dept.

This made some scientists who were working on the super secret program also hypothesize that these pilots of this alien craft might not be the actual visitors from its destination planet, but instead some sort of stand-ins or proxies created to endure the long trips that they believed would have to exceed the speed of light.
